Tasting Notes: This Cabernet has a dark red colour with bright red hues. Aromas in the glass are bright, fresh and complex with fruity notes of red currant, black currant and juniper. The palate is medium to full bodied, this is the start of the heavier reds on the tasting list. This isn’t your typical cool climate Cabernet; it is smoother and softer with less green and herbaceous characteristics.
