Tasting Notes= This blend is 65% Grenache and 35% Shiraz. The big brother to the GSM.

The Aroma is complex with red cherry, raspberry, plum and blueberry, spices of cardamom pepper and toasty vanilla notes. The palate is medium bodied, soft, round and juicy. Flavours of red cherry, raspberry, juicy plum and blueberry mingle with spices of nutmeg cinnamon and cardamom. Length is long and soft with fine tannin finish

Food Pairing= Very versatile, will pair with a huge range of dishes from Chicken to Beef

Vineyard Information= Chocolate Loam for the Shiraz and sandy Blewitt springs soil for the Grenache.
