Tasting Notes: This GSM is 60% Grenache, 20% Shiraz, 20% Mourvèdre. A medium-bodied wine that shows the art of blending. More mouth-filling than the straight Grenache due to the Shiraz component and a nice savoury edge from Mourvedre. Aromas of red cherry raspberry even apple candy along with plums blueberry and pepper, clove and nutmeg spices. Developing bottle age notes of dried fig and tobacco.

Food Pairing: Very versatile, will pair with a huge range of dishes from Chicken to Beef

Vineyard Information: The vineyards are located closed to the McLaren vale town centre with soil types ranging from sandy loam to shale.
