Tasting Notes: This Sparkling Shiraz is made from five different vintages of our famous Linchpin Shiraz. The hand selected parcels of older wine adds complexity and mid palate structure whilst younger vintages provide brightness and fresh fruit characteristics. With 30 grams a litre of residual sugar, to aid balance. It’s not super sweet but it’s not dry either.
