Tasting Notes: This Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw colour, it is an intensity aromatic wine exhibiting floral notes of blossom and chamomile. Fruit characters of green apple and lemon zest with gooseberry and grassy notes. The palate is long and soft with flavours persisting into a balanced fresh dry finish.

Cellaring: 3-5 years

Food Pairing: Delicate flavours such as King George whiting, garfish, chicken and less intense flavour profiles.

Vineyard Information: The vineyard is located in the Adelaide hills just out of Woodside with shale and granite giving great acidity and mineral complexity.
