Tasting Notes= This Shiraz Rose is made from runoff from our best Shiraz batches. We crush into the open fermenter and within 1 hour, We drain off 15 to 20% of the free run juice. Effectively we are concentrating what’s in the fermenter and the Rose is a by-product. Light red in colour with hints of toffee apple and strawberries and cream on the palate.
