Matt’s LP was born out of my bottle shop retailers getting upset because Cellar door customers could buy it cheaper than they could…whoops! Hence the slight name change!
Tasting Notes: This Cracker of a McLaren Vale Shiraz is a dark crimson red giant. A fruit driven palate with hints of dark stone fruits. The tannins are tight and there’s still an acidity present that will prove rewarding with cellaring.
Cellaring: 10 years, or give it some air and enjoy it now!
Food Pairing: All hearty meat dishes and stronger more robust flavours like Moussaka, lasagna and rich tomato-based meat dishes.
